Join a Dynamic Team in Finance Transformation Consulting

We invite you to become part of a team dedicated to helping clients successfully navigate global challenges. Our Finance Transformation consultants play a crucial role in guiding business clients through strategic design, tool evaluation, and implementation processes.

Your Impact

• Engage in end-to-end projects within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) space.
• Support strategic design and technical implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with our Finance Transformation Team to partner with leading global technology providers, integrating their tools with our expertise.
• Design and implement innovative EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation using top technology platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and Oracle.
• Analyze clients' finance and controlling processes to evaluate analytics and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

Desired Qualifications

• A University degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process consulting and EPM solution implementation.
• Strong knowledge of EPM processes including enterprise reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Robust functional and technical understanding of one or more EPM technological solutions.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
