Position Overview
Our client in the sports industry is seeking a professional and organized individual to join their Zug office on a temporary part-time basis. This role is tailored for someone wishing to maintain a work-life balance while engaging in a dynamic international environment. The position will run until July 2026, with flexible working hours available.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence efficiently.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring all spaces are well-prepared for use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area.
- Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked environment.
- Coordinate with external service providers for cleaning and maintenance needs.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings and team events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a reception or office administration capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
