We are looking for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role within our engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to combine extensive Supply Chain Planning expertise with a robust technical background, leading complex projects and a high-performing team responsible for delivering large-scale planning system solutions that serve as the digital backbone of our global supply chain.

Your Mission

• Lead & Empower Teams: Inspire and develop engineering teams focused on the Integrated Planning Platform. Align the team’s mission with global supply chain goals, fostering a collaborative environment that balances close management with autonomous decision-making.
• Supply Chain & Platform Delivery: Take full accountability for delivery timelines, quality, and team hiring. Manage risk and address uncertainties in larger, complex deliverables.
• Technical & Architectural Leadership: Guide the team's technical decisions, ensuring alignment with overarching architectural goals. Manage complex data flows and integrations, supporting high-volume planning cycles.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and project management to plan deliverables, transforming complex supply chain needs into scalable technical initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure reliable operation of planning systems, prioritize resolution of critical incidents, and enable iterative testing and release practices.
• Culture & Values: Model the company’s tech values, promoting an inclusive culture where feedback is encouraged and accomplishments are celebrated.

Your Story

• Supply Chain Planning Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 8 years with a Master’s). You possess deep functional knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, and inventory management.
• Technical Background: Proven engineering experience with a track record of impact, including building and scaling enterprise planning architectures and data-heavy applications. Familiarity with Anaplan is a strong plus.
• People Leadership: Experience managing teams of engineers, driving performance improvements, and fostering high-performance cultures.
• Navigating Complexity: Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues within complex supply chain data and processes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships across technical and functional stakeholders.
