Your Role
As a member of our team, you will:
- Support disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56).
- Ensure the technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations.
- Deliver assigned work on time and to high-quality standards.
- Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement.
- Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
- Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry considered a strong advantage.
- An independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- A high sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Good English skills (minimum B1); German speaking is an advantage.
- Able to work in a 2-shift system.
