We seek dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Engine Mechanic teams at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare all required Working Documentation based on Engineering input for Engine Shop Visits.
• Create, distribute, and control Engine Maintenance records and Shop Orders.
• Provide technical support on work specifications.
• Contribute continuous improvement inputs for Methodics, identifying process improvement potentials.
• Liaise with Engineering on Workscope execution options.
• Oversee execution and work planning as necessary.
• Act as a key-user for the documentation systems in use.

Your Profile

• Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aviation, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Aviation MRO (preferably engine) environment.
• A keen eye for detail and strong awareness of quality requirements.
• A systematic work attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• IT affinity and experience with MS Office, SAP, and FieldLogs.
• Proficiency in English (Level B2, C1 preferred); German is a plus.
