Your Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and lead initiatives by identifying and participating in problem-solving activities and projects.
• Define, select, analyze, implement, and enhance the Technical Product Standard and maintenance concepts for the New Engines PW1100G-JM and CFM LEAP-1A/-1B.
• Incorporate all necessary technical and organizational inputs to industrialize the New Engines.
• Assess and implement OEM technical data and customer requirements into work procedures while optimizing for safety, quality, delivery, and costs.
• Engage with OEMs and vendors to enhance the repairability and reliability of engine parts and components.
• Execute damage event investigations and produce detailed investigation reports.

Your Qualifications

• Education: Academic Diploma or Degree, such as a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aviation.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Aviation MRO (preferably engine) experience of at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in English (Level B2); knowledge of German is a plus.
