Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and lead problem-solving activities and projects.
• Define, select, analyze, implement, and enhance the Technical Product Standard and maintenance concept for New Engines PW1100G-JM and CFM LEAP-1A/-1B.
• Incorporate necessary technical and organizational inputs to industrialize New Engines.
• Assess and implement OEM technical data and Customer requirements into work procedures, striving for optimal Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Costs.
• Engage with OEMs and vendors to enhance the repairability and reliability of engine parts and components.
• Execute damage event investigations and produce investigation reports.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Academic diploma or degree, such as Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or Aviation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience in an aviation MRO (preferably engine) environment.
• Proficiency in English (Level B2); knowledge of German is a plus.
