Key Responsibilities

• Actively support by identifying, participating in, or leading problem-solving activities or initiatives.
• Conduct engine test data analysis to assess the performance of each individual engine.
• Analyze engine performance parameters and compare them to baseline engines.
• Determine technical reasons for off-baseline performance or other undesirable parameter values.
• Maintain and develop the engine test database.
• Perform test cell trend monitoring and validate correlation status on a yearly basis.
• Maintain the Engine Test Cell Data Acquisition System.
• Support commercial Product Management regarding contractual issues like EGTm and TOW guarantees.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree from ETH, BSc, FH, or HF.
• Experience in the Aviation MRO industry.
• Fluent in English (B1 level).
• Good command of German (B2 level).
