We are excited to expand our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team across several Swiss office locations including Zürich, Geneva, Basel, Lausanne, and Bern. Our mission is to lead businesses in understanding and responding to societal, environmental, and economic challenges effectively.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key contributor to the team, you will:

• Lead client engagements focused on sustainability technology solutions.
• Advise on target architectures, operating models, and technology roadmaps for ESG data and reporting.
• Drive projects utilizing Microsoft solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• Support AI-enabled solution design and contribute to AI architecture for enterprise use cases.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align requirements and delivery approaches.
• Oversee solution configuration, testing, deployment, and business adoption.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, client pitches, and go-to-market offerings.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across various sectors.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, or environmental sciences, with a focus on sustainability.
• Interest in sustainability issues including climate change, human rights, and biodiversity.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, preferably with a strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack.
• Proven leadership and project management skills in complex client environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in German or French being advantageous.
