Role Overview

The position involves full, end-to-end business ownership of Sygnum’s core digital platforms — including the website and marketing CRM. The focus will be on leading the integration of AI to enhance, scale, and continually improve these platforms. Working within the Marketing and Communications team in Zurich, you will oversee the systems that drive client journeys and acquisition while collaborating closely with technology, operations, legal, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality, data-driven digital experiences.

AI Integration

Candidates with a strong background in AI tools are highly preferred. A solid practical understanding of various AI applications and their results in past work will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Platforms – Website

• Manage day-to-day content updates, page builds, and publishing to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
• Design and optimize client journeys while leveraging CRM functionalities for lead nurturing.
• Implement AI technologies to enhance web architecture.
• Drive feature development and roadmap coordination with technology teams and external partners.
• Monitor performance optimization in areas such as site speed, UX, conversion rates, SEO/GEO, and accessibility.
• Conduct analytics, create dashboards, and deliver regular reports on traffic and engagement metrics.

Digital Platforms – Marketing CRM & Email

• Manage email campaigns and automated user journeys from concept to execution.
• Ensure a cohesive user experience from email communications to website interactions.
• Segment audiences while maintaining high standards of data security and compliance.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize performance metrics and expand outreach.
• Analyze and report on engagement metrics throughout the client journey.

Integrated Marketing & Communications

Support a variety of integrated communication efforts, including:

• Physical events, webinars, livestreams, and social media efforts.
• Diverse marketing activities and project support across the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of experience in managing multi-site corporate websites and CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Structured, organized, and methodical work ethic with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience in a regulated financial environment is highly regarded.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
• A collaborative and energetic team player enthusiastic about contributing to a high-growth company.
