At our Techfirm Industrial Services division, we are excited to welcome a new member who is ready to embrace challenges and contribute to our ongoing success in the field of Computer System Validation (CSV) within the Technical Services department.
Your Responsibilities
You will serve as a key link between Technical Services and other departments on site, ensuring effective CSV activities. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that validation phases comply with global and local policies, legal regulations, and requirements set by regulatory authorities.
- Maintaining and updating Validation Master Plans for ongoing projects.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of computer system validation for production and QC Lab systems, including Validation Plans, FMEA, RTM, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ test scripts.
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving technical documentation and GMP-related materials, such as URS, impact/risk assessments, and qualification/validation documentation.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or natural sciences.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven expertise in validating computerized manufacturing and complex analytical lab equipment.
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- An adaptable mindset suited for a fast-changing environment.
- Experience working in Europe, particularly Switzerland, with a readiness to join our team soon.
