Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for HVAC systems in GMP-regulated environments? We are looking for a skilled individual to contribute technical expertise to an innovative biopharmaceutical project. You will play a key role in ensuring world-class, compliant HVAC operations within a state-of-the-art facility.

Your Role

As a member of our team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Executing Commissioning, Qualification & Verification (CQV) for HVAC and related systems, including system boundary definition, DQ, IQ, OQ, and release to operations.
• Preparing, executing, and approving protocol documentation in accordance with cGMP and project procedures.
• Conducting GMP risk assessments (GMP-RAs).
• Supervising and coordinating vendors while ensuring quality and timeline adherence during system commissioning.
• Supporting design qualification across direct impact systems.
• Participating in installation commissioning and interface management activities.
• Ensuring meticulous documentation using tools such as COMOS or KNEAT.
• Collaborating with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Providing proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving support.
• Willingness to work in shifts as needed by the project phase.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in commissioning & qualification (CQ/V) of HVAC systems, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or regulated industries.
• Solid knowledge of DQ, IQ, OQ processes and regulatory requirements (cGMP).
• Familiarity with DeltaV (Emerson) and control systems.
• Experience with COMOS/KNEAT or equivalent documentation tools.
• A strong problem solver who is comfortable working independently to meet project deliverables.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.
• Capability to support other C&Q activities as required.
