As part of our dynamic Operational Excellence Team, you will play a vital role in driving Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement for our clients across various industries. Collaborating with your future colleagues, you will help design, implement, and sustain innovative operating models and initiatives tailored to enhance the efficiency of client transformations.

Your Impact

• Implement continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma methods to enhance effectiveness across client organizations.
• Utilize technology solutions, including process mining and task mining, to uncover productivity enhancements.
• Develop and maintain process-led operating models to eliminate functional silos.
• Contribute insights on Operational Excellence through market research and client interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new team members, delivering training, and coordinating community events.

Who We Are Looking For

• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• An interest in diverse sectors, notably Life Sciences & Healthcare, Energy, Resources & Industrials, and the Consumer Industry.
• A university degree from a reputable institution, preferably in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Business Innovation, General Management, Strategy, or International Management.
• Prior industry or consulting experience focused on Operational Excellence is advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma or related certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in English is essential, with German being highly desirable.
