Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients from day one, taking ownership of projects across multiple sectors.
• Advise clients on intricate tax matters during M&A transactions, overseeing cross-divisional project management.
• Collaborate with Transaction Services teams and global Deloitte member firms to deliver high-quality insights and services.
• Embark on a clear career path with extensive learning opportunities, including support for becoming a certified tax expert.
• Participate in internal and external training programs to expand knowledge in Swiss and International Taxation.

What We Seek

• A positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating diverse M&A transactions.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
• An interest in the intersection of business administration and law.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field with tax knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
