Opportunity Overview

Our Business Consulting team specializes in delivering trusted advice to clients within the Financial Services industry, covering areas such as Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance. The industry is undergoing significant transformation, creating exciting opportunities for you to help clients navigate changing market demands.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support tech-enabled transformations across the Financial Services sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement solutions that enhance business performance.
• Utilize storytelling to present clear and analytical recommendations to clients.
• Develop and leverage global EY methodologies and tools to meet transformation goals.
• Enhance skills through real-world client engagements and internal training programs.
• Facilitate discussions and thought leadership initiatives within the industry.
• Support business development efforts to deliver valuable client solutions.

• Strong academic background from a reputable university or institution.

• A proactive team player who supports collaborative solutions across diverse functionalities.
• Fluency in English and German; Swiss German and other languages are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in consulting and/or Financial Services through internships or entry-level positions.
• Interest in target operating model (TOM) design and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Interest or experience in ESG initiatives.
