Your Role

Become a vital part of our Business Consulting team, specializing in providing trusted advice within the Financial Services industry, including Wealth & Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance. You will support transformative initiatives, helping clients navigate the complex landscape of this ever-evolving sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Pursue business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiatives across the Financial Services sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to design solutions and deliver measurable improvements in business performance.
• Apply storytelling skills to present clear and analytical recommendations to clients.
• Leverage and enhance our global methodologies and tools for various transformation goals.
• Develop your skills through client experience and internal training opportunities.
• Facilitate roundtables and thought leadership sessions.
• Support business development initiatives to deliver valuable solutions to clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong academic background from a leading university or university of applied sciences.
• Proven motivation for a consulting career in the financial services sector.
• Experience in team-based projects, either through academic experiences or internships.
• A curious mind with the ability to systematically structure problems.
• Excellent presentation skills and a highly client-oriented attitude.
• A strong team player, ready to support solutions in diverse teams across functions and regions.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

• Initial work experience in consulting or Financial Services.
• Interest or experience in target operating model design and process improvements.
• Experience or interest in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Experience or interest in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance).
