The Opportunity

The Business Consulting team provides a wide array of functional and cross-country services focused on delivering trusted advice to clients within the Financial Services industry, including Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance sectors. This is a pivotal time to join a dynamic team and assist clients in navigating market changes and evolving customer needs. Engage in transformative initiatives and design, plan, and deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Pursuing innovative, business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiatives across the Financial Services sector.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, business partners, and multidisciplinary teams to shape ideas, design solutions, and drive measurable improvements in business performance.
• Utilizing storytelling abilities to present recommendations clearly and analytically to clients.
• Enhancing and utilizing global methodologies, frameworks, tools, accelerators, and enablers for various transformation goals.
• Developing professional skills through on-the-job experience and internal training opportunities.
• Facilitating internal and external discussions and thought leadership sessions.
• Contributing to go-to-market and business development initiatives to deliver valuable solutions for clients.

• Outstanding academic record from a reputable university or university of applied sciences.
• Strong motivation to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment and within the financial services sector.
• Experience in collaborative projects, whether through university or internships.
• A curious, systematic, and organized approach to problem-solving.
• Strong presentation skills and a client-oriented mindset.
• Proficient teamwork capabilities, with a proactive attitude to support solutions in diverse teams across various functions and geographies.
• Fluency in English and German is essential; Swiss German and additional languages are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in consulting and/or Financial Services, including internships or entry-level positions.
• Interest or experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and process enhancements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors.
