Experience and Responsibilities

As a dynamic member of our Business Consulting Finance team, you will contribute to the future of finance for clients nationally and internationally. In a pivotal role within the Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will focus on:

• Advising financial organizations on digitalizing financial processes from strategy development to optimization and implementation.
• Designing cutting-edge financial operating models and processes.
• Providing insights on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimizations throughout the R2R process.
• Actively participating in project successes using advanced project management methodologies.
• Leveraging daily consulting experiences to enhance advisory concepts and contribute to thought leadership articles and presentations.
• Collaborating with an international team on cross-functional projects, actively shaping our culture and contributing to internal team development.
• Benefiting from an engaging and international environment for personal and professional growth.

Ideal Attributes and Skills

• A completed degree in business administration with outstanding results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or accounting is advantageous.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solution architecture.
• High motivation and a willingness to grow in a mentor-oriented culture.
• An excellent team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.
• Enhanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with a keen interest in modern tools such as MURAL or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
