Your Role

As a valued member of our Management and Business Consulting team, you will engage in the management consulting sector, delivering consistent, high-quality services to clients around the globe. You will collaborate closely with clients to manage engagements and guide teams on all aspects of the CFO agenda, underpinned by global trends that shape their financial reporting and planning.

What You Can Expect

Join our dynamic Business Consulting Finance team and contribute to shaping the future of finance for our national and international clients. In the Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will play a pivotal role in digitizing financial processes, designing operating models, and implementing next-generation digital finance functions. Your expertise will be critical in advising clients on leading technologies (such as Blackline, Trintech, and Redwood) and driving optimization across the R2R process:

• Guide financial organizations in digitizing financial processes from strategy development to implementation.
• Support the design of financial operating models and next-generation digital functions.
• Advise clients on leading technologies and optimization strategies.
• Actively contribute to project success using advanced project management methods.
• Leverage insights from everyday consulting practices to enhance our advisory concepts.
• Participate in cross-functional international teams, contribute to team culture, and support internal development.
• Benefit from an intriguing and international environment for your personal and professional growth.

Your Profile

We seek individuals with a strong academic background and the desire to shape the future:

• A completed degree in business administration with excellent results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related position is an advantage.
• A strong interest in the digitization of finance and IT solution architecture.
• High motivation and readiness to develop in a mentoring-oriented corporate culture.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel, alongside an interest in modern tools like MURALTM or Power BI.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
