• Advising financial organizations on the digitalization of finance processes, from strategy development to optimization and implementation.
• Supporting the design of finance operating models, finance processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Consulting clients on leading technologies and optimizations throughout the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Actively participating in project success with advanced project management methodologies.
• Utilizing insights from daily consulting practice to enhance advisory concepts and contributing to industry articles and conference presentations.
• Collaborating with an international team on cross-functional assignments while contributing to team culture and internal development.
• Enjoying a stimulating and international environment for personal and professional growth.

What You Bring

• A completed degree in business administration with excellent results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or a finance-related position is a plus.
• Strong interest in digital finance and IT solution architecture, as well as process design.
• High motivation and willingness to grow in a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaborative spirit in an inclusive environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with interest in modern tools like MURAL™ or Power BI.
