What You Will Do

• Consult on the digitalization of finance processes, from strategy development to process design and implementation.
• Support the creation of financial operating models and cutting-edge digital finance functions.
• Advise clients on leading technologies and optimization measures within the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Engage actively in project success using advanced project management methods.
• Utilize insights from daily consulting practices to enhance advisory concepts and contribute to professional articles and conference presentations.
• Collaborate in an international, cross-functional team, shaping our culture and fostering internal team development.
• Benefit from an enriching international environment that promotes your personal and professional growth.

Your Qualifications

• A complete degree in business administration with exceptional results.
• Practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related position is an advantage.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solution architecture, as well as process design.
• High motivation with a willingness to develop and grow in a culture oriented around mentorship.
• Exceptional team player traits with a passion for working in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, along with an interest in modern tools such as MURALTM or Power BI.
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German, with additional languages being a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
