Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with finance organizations on the digitalization of financial processes from strategic development to process design and optimization.
• Assisting in designing financial operating models, financial processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Advising clients on leading technologies and optimizing measures throughout the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Playing an active role in project success using advanced project management methodologies.
• Utilizing insights from daily consulting practice to enhance our consulting concepts and contribute to articles and presentations for conferences.
• Working in an international team on cross-functional assignments while shaping our culture and contributing to internal team development.
• Benefiting from a stimulating international environment for personal and professional growth.

What You Bring

• A successfully completed business degree with excellent results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or a finance-related position is advantageous.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solution architecture, as well as process design.
• High motivation and willingness to grow in a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• Excellent teamwork skills, thriving in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in modern tools such as MURAL™ or Power BI.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are beneficial.
• Willingness to travel.
