Your Role and Impact

As a valued member of our Finance Consulting team, you will encounter exciting challenges daily, contributing to the evolution of finance for a wide array of national and international clients. Your engagement will focus on:

• Driving the digital transformation of financial processes, including strategy development and process optimization.
• Assisting with the design of financial operating models and state-of-the-art digital finance functions.
• Advising clients on leading technologies within the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Actively participating in projects using advanced project management methodologies.
• Enhancing our consulting practices by leveraging insights from daily engagements and contributing to publications.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary international team, fostering cultural inclusiveness and internal development.
• Engaging in a stimulating and international environment that supports your personal and professional growth.

What You Bring

We seek talented individuals who are eager to define the future with the following qualifications:

• A degree in business administration with excellent academic performance.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or a finance-related position is advantageous.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solutions, as well as process design.
• Motivation to grow in a mentor-oriented culture.
• A collaborative spirit with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in modern tools like MURALTM or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
