As a vital member of our dynamic Business Consulting Finance Team, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of finance for our national and international clients.

Within our Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will be central to the digitalization of finance processes, design of financial operating models, and implementation of next-generation digital financial functions. Your expertise will be crucial as you advise clients on cutting-edge technologies and optimization strategies across the R2R process:

• Guide financial organizations in digitizing processes from strategy development to concept creation and optimization.
• Support the design of financial operating models, processes, and next-gen digital functions.
• Advise clients on leading technologies and optimization measures within the R2R process.
• Actively contribute to project success using modern project management methodologies.
• Enhance our consulting concepts using insights from daily advisory practices and contribute to articles and conference presentations.
• Collaborate within international teams on cross-functional assignments, actively shaping our culture, and contributing to internal team development.
• Enjoy a fascinating and international environment for your personal and professional growth.

Essential Qualifications

• A completed degree in business administration with outstanding results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or a finance-related role is advantageous.
• A strong interest in digital finance and IT solutions architecture, along with process design.
• High motivation to grow within a mentor-oriented culture.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Significant proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools like MURAL™ or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are beneficial.
• Willingness to travel.
