Within the Consulting division, you will engage in management and business consulting, delivering seamless, consistent, and high-quality services globally. Collaborating closely with clients, you will manage engagements and lead teams addressing all aspects of the CFO agenda, driven by global trends in financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Advise financial organizations on digitizing finance processes, from strategy and conceptualization to optimization and implementation.
• Support the design of next-generation financial operating models, processes, and digital functions.
• Consult clients on leading technologies and optimization initiatives across the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Actively participate in project success using advanced project management methodologies.
• Utilize insights from daily consulting practices to enhance our advisory concepts and contribute to professional articles and conference presentations.
• Work within an international team on cross-functional projects, actively shaping our culture and aiding in internal team development.

What You Bring

• A degree in business administration with outstanding results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or a finance-related position is advantageous.
• A strong interest in finance digitalization, IT solution architecture, and process design.
• A high motivation to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, along with familiarity with modern tools such as MURALTM or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
