Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our dynamic Business Consulting Finance Team, you will play a central role in shaping the future of finance for our national and international clients. In our Record-to-Report (R2R) Team, your expertise will be essential in advising customers on digital finance processes and next-generation financial operational models. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Advising financial organizations on the digitalization of finance processes—from strategic planning to implementation and optimization.
• Supporting the design of financial operational models and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Consulting clients on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimization strategies throughout the R2R process.
• Actively contributing to project success utilizing advanced project management methodologies.
• Enhancing our consulting concepts by leveraging insights from daily advisory practices and contributing to articles and presentations for conferences.
• Collaborating in an international team on cross-functional projects, actively shaping our culture and contributing to internal team development.
• Engaging in a stimulating and international environment to foster your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• A successfully completed degree in business administration with excellent results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related position is a plus.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solution architecture, as well as process design.
• High motivation and willingness to develop and grow in a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and a desire to work in an inclusive environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high affinity for MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools such as MURAL™ or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a bonus.
• Willingness to travel.
