Your Role and Contributions

As a key player in our Management Consulting division, your contributions will be vital in managing engagements and steering teams through the CFO agenda. Our client needs are shaped by global trends aimed at securing financial consolidation, planning, and reporting for tomorrow’s challenges.

You will play a central role in:

• Consulting financial organizations on the digitalization of finance processes—spanning strategy development, concept creation, and process design to optimization and implementation.
• Supporting the design of financial operating models, finance processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Advising clients on leading technologies and enhancements throughout the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Actively participating in project success using cutting-edge project management methodologies.
• Contributing insights from daily consulting practices to enhance our advisory concepts and support the development of industry articles and conference presentations.
• Collaborating within an international team on cross-functional engagements, nurturing our culture, and contributing to internal team development.
• Benefiting from a stimulating international environment conducive to your personal and professional growth.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• A degree in business administration with outstanding results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, audit, or an accounting-related position is advantageous.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solution architecture, as well as process design.
• A high degree of motivation and a willingness to grow in a mentorship-oriented culture.
• Exceptional teamwork skills, thriving in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in modern tools like MURALTM and Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
