Key Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously enhance the company's Ethics & Compliance framework.
- Ensure adherence to Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), data privacy, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal procedures.
- Oversee third-party due diligence and support compliance monitoring activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist with internal investigations when required.
- Provide compliance guidance to cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access.
- Ensure compliant interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and other external stakeholders.
- Deliver compliance training and contribute to nurturing a strong ethical culture within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field; compliance certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance, including ABAC, data privacy, and relevant industry codes (e.g., EFPIA, IFPMA, FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
- Experience with compliance monitoring, internal investigations, policy implementation, and third-party due diligence.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural setting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is considered a strong asset.
