Compliance Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry (fully onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously enhance the company's Ethics & Compliance framework.
• Ensure adherence to Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), data privacy, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal procedures.
• Oversee third-party due diligence and support compliance monitoring activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist with internal investigations when required.
• Provide compliance guidance to cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access.
• Ensure compliant interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and other external stakeholders.
• Deliver compliance training and contribute to nurturing a strong ethical culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field; compliance certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance, including ABAC, data privacy, and relevant industry codes (e.g., EFPIA, IFPMA, FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
• Experience with compliance monitoring, internal investigations, policy implementation, and third-party due diligence.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural setting.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is considered a strong asset.
