Your Mission

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Growth Engine Ownership: You will build and operate a commercial growth engine that shapes our go-to-market strategy, focusing on demand generation and deal conversion at the C-suite level.
  • Growth Execution: Operating centrally within the commercial unit, you will design and execute growth initiatives, impacting our most strategic deals directly.
  • Pipeline Growth: You will drive sales pipeline development and conversion, determining market access strategies for clients and significant decision-makers.
  • Market Activation: You will deliver in-market execution through high-impact channels like events, industry alliances, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Team & Alignment: Leading a high-performing team, you will ensure a consistent, focused, and results-driven growth approach in collaboration with sales, product, advisory, policy, and marketing functions.
  • External Impact: You will represent Climeworks Solutions at events, enhancing industry relations and identifying new opportunities for measurable commercial impact.

Your Story

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to build within the climate-relevant carbon removal industry.
  • B2B Growth Experience: You bring at least 8 years of experience in business development or commercial growth in complex and high-growth B2B environments.
  • Commercial Acumen: You have a keen commercial instinct, enabling you to identify new growth areas and prioritize high ROI activities.
  • Execution Track Record: You can showcase a history of successfully building and scaling initiatives from design to market implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: You are adept at aligning and mobilizing teams, possessing strong influencing skills and a proactive approach.
  • Communication Excellence: You are fluent in English, skilled in crafting engaging narratives, and comfortable with public speaking.

Formalities

This opportunity is based in Opfikon, Zurich, with an expectation of at least three onsite workdays per week. Flexibility in choosing between full-time or part-time arrangements is available.
