Key Responsibilities

• Lead and operationally manage complex clinical studies.
• Deliver on all aspects of global clinical trial execution, including study design, set-up, recruitment, and final reporting.
• Manage robust global clinical trial teams in a matrixed environment, collaborating across organizational lines and with external partners.
• Develop clinical study protocols and execution plans, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Oversee quality standards throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Contribute to clinical data review and participate actively in project and program level planning.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a learning and sharing environment.
• Leverage data and digital tools to enhance clinical study outcomes and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; a Master's, PharmD, or PhD is preferred.
• Experience in clinical trial management and operations, with:
• 2-4 years for Clinical Sciences Trial Leader.
• 4+ years for Senior Clinical Sciences Trial Leader.
• Proven track record of collaboration, influence, and building partnerships.
• Strong project management capabilities with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in study design and protocol development is highly desirable.
