Join Our Culinary Team in a Family-Owned Taiwanese Restaurant

Situated in the vibrant Kreis 4 of Zurich, our family-run Taiwanese restaurant has quickly gained a loyal following since July 2021, thanks to our dedication to high-quality food and exceptional service. We treat each meal with care, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. We are excited to welcome a talented chef to enhance our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the kitchen team, including kitchen helpers and preparation chefs, to ensure efficient setup and ingredient preparation for service.
• Manage stock levels and inventory for smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines regarding cleanliness and food storage.
• Prepare main course wok fry dishes with skill and precision.
• Bring creativity and innovative ideas for menu development and daily specials.

Your Qualifications

• Residing in or near Zurich, Kreis 4, or willing to relocate from the EU.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate with team members while remaining calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• Relevant training, qualifications, and experience in Asian cuisine, with a strong emphasis on Taiwanese dishes.

What We Offer

• Immediate start date.
• Full-time schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday lunch from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and Tuesday to Sunday evenings from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Competitive monthly salary contract in accordance with L-GAV guidelines, including a 13th month salary and 25 paid vacation days per year.
