Capital Markets Operations – Wealth Management Front Office Support Associate

Position Overview

In a dynamic environment, a role is available that focuses on client service and collaboration within the Capital Markets Operations sector. This position involves support for wealth management activities and is dedicated to enhancing team effectiveness and ensuring data integrity during an important client migration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and process various remediation items in preparation for client migration.
• Manage the end-to-end flow of remediation items effectively.
• Document client structures, including legal entities and individuals, in accordance with required regulations and policies.
• Capture client data accurately in internal systems.
• Perform quality checks and controls to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with Client Account Managers and clients to gather essential information for the platform migration.
• Provide support across various teams, such as Reporting and Solution Design.

Team Environment

Required Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years of banking experience, ideally within a supporting or client documentation role.
• Experience as a Client Advisor Assistant or Front Support Assistant is advantageous.
• Proficient knowledge of Swiss Wealth Manager’s core banking tools is highly beneficial.
• Possess a customer-oriented mindset, complemented by a pragmatic and positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while demonstrating flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented, with a structured approach to work that ensures high-quality service delivery.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills, paired with good know-how across areas such as CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, and Operations.
