Business Unit Robotics

Within our Business Unit Robotics, we develop, produce, and distribute advanced pipetting robots designed to automate liquid handling processes for diverse sectors, including pharmaceutical, food industry, as well as cell and DNA research.

Your Contribution

In this role, you will be instrumental in the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with high-quality process standards.

• Serve as System Business Engineer for SAP S/4HANA implementation, focusing on process adoption.
• Lead fit-to-standard process design by translating business requirements into standard SAP process designs.
• Continuously improve and optimize business processes throughout the organization.
• Contribute to executing the business unit strategy, driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Support development of a roadmap for cross-divisional process improvements.
• Analyze existing business processes utilizing data, metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Define the target state of processes and conduct gap analyses.
• Design and implement process optimizations collaboratively with process owners and leadership.
• Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation for process owners.
• Promote awareness and adoption of digitalized processes, fostering a digital-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation in a process-centric role.
• Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Theoretical and practical experience in project and change management of business processes.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Excellent communication abilities and strong teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of database queries and experience in processing large datasets.
• Strong affinity for digital technologies and modern business systems.
