Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and identify areas for global harmonization, automation, and optimization.
• Support the Business Process Owner throughout transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainable end-to-end processes.
• Define IT specifications for enhancements and work closely with IT for system testing and changes.
• Drive global rollouts and lead user training to promote efficiency and adoption.
• Ensure adherence to Business Process Management governance and compliance standards.
• Enhance data flow and systems integration through cross-functional collaboration.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Implement cost reductions and efficiency gains through optimized processes.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support change initiatives.
• Manage complex problem-solving, proactively suggesting improvements.
• Monitor process performance throughout execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of processes and systems with an end-to-end perspective.
• Ability to translate business needs into process and IT requirements.
• Experience in testing system functionalities and implementing enhancements.
• Proven project management skills with the capacity to navigate a matrix organization.
• Expertise in SAP S4H is essential; familiarity with satellite solutions is a plus.
• Strong emphasis on governance, documentation, and compliance.
• Affinity for agile methodologies and a hands-on, pragmatic mindset.
• Fluency in English (C2 Level), with additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Mandarin being advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to Datwyler locations worldwide.
