Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement data strategies and modern data solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Provide architectural, technical, and organizational expertise to lead complex data and analytics transformations.
• Drive data and AI use cases from conception to production.
• Establish trusted client relationships through effective project execution and business development.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new project opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and leadership skills while serving as a mentor to colleagues.
• Continuously expand industry knowledge and share insights with team members.

Technical Expertise

• Practical experience in data management, data platforms, or AI and analytics solutions is strongly recommended.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including working with large language models, is a plus.
• Knowledge of data platform tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is beneficial.
• A strong engineering or mathematics background is an asset.

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in English and German to facilitate communication with various teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• Initial relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in AI and data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in the banking, insurance, life sciences, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
