The Capability Area Wholesale Finance is dedicated to supporting our global financial processes within the wholesale business, which includes furniture and food. We are committed to further expanding our Wholesale Finance capabilities.
Position Overview

In this role, you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to clarify business needs, manage requirements, and evaluate solutions that deliver value in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential improvements by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting all business needs.
- Assess business consequences and risks associated with alternative solutions regarding processes, organization, tools, and information.
- Ensure quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements, supporting the evaluation of solution alternatives.
- Communicate and clarify evolving business needs throughout the project or solution lifecycle.
- Define and validate high and low-level designs in collaboration with architects and developers.
- Review test plans and cases to ensure alignment with requirements, while supporting the planning and execution of testing activities.
- Secure and hand over requirement-related artifacts to development and line organizations.
Desired Qualifications
We offer an exciting opportunity to take a pivotal role in advancing Business Analysis within the Capability Area Wholesale Finance.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in business analysis and modeling, with expertise in the requirements management process according to BABOK.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of recognizing patterns and structuring complex information.
- Eagerness to work in a global environment and a desire to understand the underlying reasons behind actions.
- Experience with large-scale ERP solutions, specifically Infor M3, within the Finance domain.
- Knowledge of testing methods and tools, particularly focusing on acceptance testing as well as understanding unit, system, and integration testing.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, fostering trust and understanding with stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate an ever-changing environment, delivering changes promptly and efficiently.
Additional Beliefs
- A university degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with global and/or remote teams.
