Location and Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of cutting-edge data solutions within data management, including:

• Designing and implementing modern data solutions to ensure the availability of high-quality and actionable data.
• Developing data strategies to assist clients in achieving business objectives related to compliance, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
• Conceptualizing complex data and analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational foundations.
• Building and nurturing close client relationships during project work and business development activities.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with data management, data platforms, or data engineering solutions is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python is essential.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in working with data warehouses, ETL tools, and modern data stack technologies.
• Familiarity with data platform tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Airflow) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is crucial.
• Practical experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data orchestration is required.
• Understanding of data warehouse and data lake architectures, including their differences and use cases.
• Knowledge of data modeling and optimization techniques.
• A strong background in engineering or mathematics is advantageous.

Language Competence

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in German and/or French highly desirable for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• Initial relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven sectors.
• Prior experience in banking, insurance, life sciences, or the healthcare sector is beneficial.
