Business Analyst / Consultant - Artificial Intelligence & Data - (Data Management & Data Platforms focus)

Location and Work Pattern

Positions are available in Zurich and Geneva with a work pattern percentage ranging from 80% to 100%.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art data solutions that ensure high-quality and usable data.
• Develop data strategies that align with clients' business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue considerations.
• Lead complex data and analytics transformations, providing architectural and organizational thought leadership.
• Manage Data and AI use cases from conceptualization to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships while expanding your professional network.
• Identify and support business development opportunities for new project initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and leadership to inspire colleagues.
• Enhance expertise in various industry areas and share knowledge within the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Drive and Motivation: Genuine passion for a career in AI and data, with an eagerness to learn and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Consulting and Communication Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for effective presentation design and capable of simplifying complex problems into coherent solutions.
• Technical Design: Keen attention to detail, ability to articulate technical solution designs, and possess foundational knowledge in Data Management or related platforms.
• Technical Expertise: Initial practical experience with data management solutions is encouraged. Familiarity with SQL and Python is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage for effective communication.
• Industry Experience: Relevant experience in consulting, tech fields, or industry roles within data-driven contexts. Background in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare is beneficial.
