Your Impact

In your role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the engagement manager throughout the planning, execution, and successful completion of group and local audits across diverse non-financial services industries. Your focus will be on US GAAP and SOX testing.

• Execute testing of SOX internal controls adhering to the latest PCAOB guidance, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in internal controls testing for significant subsidiaries of US-listed entities located in Switzerland.
• Collaborate within a motivated team in a dynamic environment, constantly seeking opportunities to provide value to clients, teams, and yourself.
• Support the engagement manager in coordinating an international network of teams on engagements spanning the US and Europe.
• Engage in challenging projects that stimulate growth and development.
• Receive regular feedback from colleagues and your coach to build leadership skills on and off the job.

Your Skill Set

• A university degree in accounting or an equivalent qualification, complemented by successful completion of the US CPA (or equivalent).
• A background of 3-5 years with a public accounting firm, showcasing extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB, and SOX.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent interpersonal skills evident in client and team interactions.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in coaching team members for effective and efficient performance in a SOX testing environment.
• Excellent analytical and summarizing abilities.
