Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support in personnel management processes by collaborating with HR assistants on tasks such as:

  • Drafting correspondence
  • Verifying employee packages
  • Updating dashboards
  • Organizing meetings and seminars for the HR unit
  • Managing accident declarations

Offer administrative assistance in the recruitment process.

Contribute to the management of service working hours and absences by entering and verifying data in the management tool, while also providing guidance to employees in this area.

Regularly manage and update the HR intranet page according to instructions.

Qualifications

  • Certificate of commerce or equivalent qualification
  • Desired: HR management certificate or other HR-related training
  • Initial experience in human resources (including internships)
  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills
  • Spirit of cooperation and teamwork
  • Attention to detail, precision, and ability to manage stress
  • Respect for confidentiality
  • Strong writing skills and familiarity with common IT tools
  • Disclosure of any criminal records is required for this role
