Position Overview

As a vital member of our communication and multimedia team, you will play a key role in promoting the activities and offerings of the State employer. Your responsibilities will include designing innovative communication materials and managing our diverse communication channels, such as print, digital, social media, and intranet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create multimedia documents and publications using various graphic tools.
  • Propose and develop communication materials through creative concepts while adhering to institutional guidelines.
  • Collect and synthesize content, creating mock-ups as needed.
  • Organize, plan, and execute photo and video reports to highlight the service's activities.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter specialists to enhance the visibility of key themes within the General Directorate of Human Resources (DGRH).
  • Update content on various Internet/Intranet pages by gathering necessary information from internal respondents.
  • Participate in defining plans, structures, and content for the DGRH Intranet pages.
  • Edit, manage, and animate content on Internet/Intranet sites, improving user experience.
  • Contribute to specific communication projects and internal or external promotions for the service.
  • Assist in organizing events and design appropriate communication materials.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a media technician or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in the media and multimedia field.
  • Excellent command of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, for example).
  • Proficiency in Internet tools (Dreamweaver, HTML, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Typo 3, etc.) and graphic software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Strong teamwork ethos alongside the ability to work independently.
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Broad perspective and organizational insight.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong writing and synthesis skills.
