Assistant Front Office Manager (m/w)
Responsibilities
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage the Front Office operations and lead the team to uphold service excellence.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and double-check billing details for accuracy.
- Manage reservations and monitor room availability as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, preferably in reservations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in German, French, and English.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Ideally knowledgeable in Opera Hotel Management Software (Opera Cloud).
- Demonstrated guest-oriented mindset with professional work ethics and sales abilities.
- Must be a Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen due to work permit requirements.
