Responsibilities

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage the Front Office operations and lead the team to uphold service excellence.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and double-check billing details for accuracy.
  • Manage reservations and monitor room availability as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, preferably in reservations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German, French, and English.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Ideally knowledgeable in Opera Hotel Management Software (Opera Cloud).
  • Demonstrated guest-oriented mindset with professional work ethics and sales abilities.
  • Must be a Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen due to work permit requirements.
