Position Overview

Role Summary
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the standardized assessment processes for students in Grades 7 through 12. This pivotal role is designed to ensure the seamless administration of various assessments, such as ERB/WrAP Writing, AAPPL, MAP (Grades 7–10), AP, and IB examinations, all while aligning with the school's policies and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management & Logistics:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive annual assessment calendar to minimize instructional disruption.
- Handle the ordering, receipt, and secure storage of physical testing materials.
- Set up appropriate testing environments according to specific requirements.
- Specialized Exam Coordination:
- Function as the official IB Exam Coordinator and manage all related processes.
- Oversee the College Board’s AP Registration and Ordering system.
- Ensure readiness for MAP (Grades 7–10) and ERB Writing sessions.
- Student Support & Accommodations:
- Work with the Student Support department to provide approved Access Arrangements.
- Lead the accommodation application process for testing through relevant bodies.
- Communication & Data Integrity:
- Update parents on assessment schedules and outcomes where necessary.
- Recruit and supervise proctors in compliance with exam protocols.
- Technical Coordination:
- Collaborate with the IT department to optimize digital testing platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with experience in educational assessment or coordination.
- Familiarity with ERB, MAP, AP, and IB assessment frameworks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis.
- A collaborative approach to working across departments and with external agencies.
