Your Mission

Your responsibilities encompass course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation within aviation groups.

Your Tasks

  • Oversee course planning, administration, and continuously monitor student performance.
  • Ensure that all course content complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Create, design, and deliver engaging training materials for both classroom and simulation environments.
  • Provide support for training development and collaborate with colleagues and other departments as needed.
  • Act as a representative at international working groups and project teams, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: An ATCO license issued per Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, but appropriate training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate holding an ICAO issued ATCO license.
  • Must possess an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired.
  • Effective communication skills, adapting your style to the context and stakeholders while actively seeking information through questions and listening.
  • Team-oriented mindset, engaging with diverse team members and contributing insights in meetings and interactions.
  • Proficiency in English Language, with a level of 4 or higher.
