Your Mission

This role encompasses course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation within aviation groups.

Your Tasks

• Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performance.
• Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments.
• Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
• Act as a representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups, and teams, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance for these interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: An ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred; appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for candidates with an ICAO issued ATCO license.
• Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate is desired.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to various stakeholders and contexts while actively listening and engaging.
• Teamwork capability to engage with diverse team members, contributing ideas and insights in meetings and interactions.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
