Your Mission
This role encompasses course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation within aviation groups.
Your Tasks
- Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performance.
- Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments.
- Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
- Act as a representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups, and teams, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance for these interactions.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: An ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred; appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for candidates with an ICAO issued ATCO license.
- Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate is desired.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to various stakeholders and contexts while actively listening and engaging.
- Teamwork capability to engage with diverse team members, contributing ideas and insights in meetings and interactions.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
