• Serve as a recognized authority in the field, contributing to scientific strategy, portfolio planning, and external collaborations.
• Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory expectations.
• Solve complex, multi-dimensional problems requiring deep technical insight and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Represent the organization in scientific forums, publications, and external partnerships, enhancing visibility and thought leadership.

Your Skills and Experience

• PhD in a scientific discipline.
• Typically 5–8 years of related experience.
• Proven track record of scientific achievement in a relevant Life Sciences discipline.
• Mastery of advanced methodologies.
• Experience overseeing research cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Able to set direction for scientific programs.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
