Your Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team, dedicated to fostering the best atmosphere for both our customers and coworkers. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining the high standards of our facilities and ensuring smooth operations on campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs of buildings and facilities.
• Conduct regular landscaping and upkeep of work premises.
• Repair equipment and appliances as needed.
• Provide daily support aligned with the Property department's needs.
• Assist with setup for events, logistics tasks, and handling various jobs.
• Manage errands and driving services both on-campus and off-campus.
• Execute a variety of tasks according to the directives from the director and Facility Management.

Desired Qualifications

• Technical knowledge regarding the operation of buildings and their facilities is an advantage.
• A high degree of independence and flexibility in work.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize tasks in a busy environment.
• Strong work performance and commitment to excellence.
• Valid Driving License B, required for daily driving tasks related to maintenance work.
• Communicative proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a substantial advantage.
