Your Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56-5/7B series engines per manufacturer instructions.
- Perform replacement, repair, and inspections on aircraft engines and modules.
- Conduct measurement control of the assemblies in their mounted condition.
- Ensure timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
- Prepare and deliver Field Assistance Support at various global locations.
- Document activities in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain general routine activities related to tooling, equipment, and tidiness within the QTS organization.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the Aviation MRO industry.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice for Field Assistance Support is essential.
- Preferably certified to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexibility for weekend work.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, accurately, and responsibly.
- Open-mindedness and a commitment to teamwork.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost considerations.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Proficiency in English (minimum level B2); knowledge of German is advantageous.
