Your Role

Responsibilities

• Understand problems deeply: Collaborate directly with clients and domain experts, ask insightful questions, and challenge existing assumptions.
• Build fast, build well: Quickly prototype and transform these ideas into robust, production-ready systems. Design and deploy multi-agent workflows and LLM-powered applications that blend modern software engineering with advanced AI tooling.
• Ship end-to-end: Take ownership of your work from architecture and testing to deployment, observability, and iterative improvements in cloud environments, utilizing modern engineering practices.
• Shape how we work: Contribute to our technical roadmap and participate in developing the AI engineering playbook, frameworks, and internal tools, ensuring your ideas are valued.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in professional software engineering, successfully shipping systems to real users.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development, including containers and CI/CD, along with familiarity with at least one major cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or agent frameworks, or a proven ability to quickly adapt to new technical domains.
• The capability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating their challenges into functional software solutions.
• A strong drive towards delivering results.

Preferred: Experience in life sciences, pharma, supply chain, or finance; familiarity with knowledge graphs, RAG systems, or LLM observability.
