Your Role

In this vital position, you will support the Head of Finance in executing our financial strategy through accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and robust financial controls. Your contributions will be essential in decision-making processes and in driving operational efficiency across our operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate booking in the accounting system.
• Coordinate and execute timely payments in accordance with internal approvals and controls.
• Perform account reconciliations, including vendor accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions.
• Assist with internal rebookings, cost allocations, and maintain the ledger.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized documentation and assist with audits as necessary.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments on invoice/payment-related matters.

We Are Looking For

• An educational background in accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and standard office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Ideally based in the region or willing to consider relocation.
